I am a property valuer who uses Excel to calculate large amounts of values.
We work on a relatively primitive web based program that require manual calculation of large amounts of items at different rates etc.
I use excel to do the calculations and then copy and paste it when completed into our primitive web based program.
The only problem I am encountering and hope to eliminate is the spacing.
I have to use several columns to enter different formulas in excel.
I leave no spaces between the text but when I paste into our web program it automatically creates spaces between my text which was in separate columns in the excel sheet.
Here is an example of what I want to be able to paste from my excel document without it creating extra spaces that I have to manually take out one by one in the web based program.
The transaction is analyzed as follows:
15 Ha Arable lands @ R 5 500/ha = R 82 500
156 Ha Nat grazing @ R 4 600/ha = R 717 600
Total land aspect: R 800 100
(Rand/ha) (R 4 679)
Improvements R 149 900
Total R 950 000
(Rand/ha) (R 5 555)

Someone please help.

Excel Facts

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
If I understand correctly, you select multiples cells in multiple columns and then when copy and paste into a form web spaces appears separating data between cells.

Try to use a helper column and CONCATENATE for example:
<html><head><title>Excel Jeanie HTML</title></head><body>

<!-- ######### Start Created Html Code To Copy ########## -->

Excel Workbook
ABCD
1Data 1Data 2Helper columnNotes
2ababNo spaces
3aba bIf you want a space use &" "&
4abab
5ababYou need MOREFUNC to use MCONCAT
Sheet2

?

?

<!-- ######### End Created Html Code To Copy ########## -->

</body></html>
