how to copy data from listbox to excelsheet

i am a beginner in VBA and wish to know the code for copying the data in a listbox generated by a micro to one of the columns in a worksheet.
Can any body help?

Again, this is exactly what I need to find out :)

I'll check other threads, maybe an answer was given to an identical question. I will be posting here the link, if I find it.
