How to copy formula in excel in selected range blocks

my formula is in a row that is a5 to f5
i have selected range a6 to f15

what i want is on pressing ctrl+alt+C

a) my formula should get copied in a16 to f16.
b) vertically and horizontally i should get sum of selected range exactly in next row and column

pls help

sir i know ctrc + c but i have 25 files 500 range blocks to copy..
