How to copy Named ranges to new WB

As per an earlier posting, noted below, on a defective WB with extranious WB and/or WS in it --

http://www.mrexcel.com/forum/showthread.php?t=543065

I am trying to recreate the WB piece by piece (Sheets, modules & forms) by exporting them and bringing them back into a clean WB. But I have about 150-200 Named Ranges and I am not aware of how to copy them to the new WB.
I have imported all modules and forms. Then each sheet and then copied the code for each sheet separately (seeing it didn't copy with the sheets).
It seems now I'm only missing all the Named ranges and I'm not sure how to bring them across.

Also, during this rebuild process Excel crashed again and again created a what appears to be an extra WB (even though it says sheet in the Project view- when you click on it it says "thisWorkBook" in the properties). So maybe back to square one ... again.

Thanks for any advice on this problem.

Excel Facts

Shade all formula cells
To shade all formula cells: Home, Find & Select, Formulas to select all formulas. Then apply a light fill color.
I thought all was lost... so I Appreciate this very much.

Out of curiosity do you know if there is a slick way to copy all modules and forms as well (other than Exporting them and Importing them .. as I did).
For sheets I had to copy & paste between WBs and their code did not come with them. I am also concerned that by copying & pasting I am also bringing across the problem that I am having with extranious (empty & can't be deleted) WBs & WS in my Project getting mixed in with my real/good ones (even though I don't copy and paste the bad ones). Is there a better way here as well.

I will also do some checking on the MS website
Thanks
Brian
