how to count a score of Not unique name from different sheets

hi i am trying to make an excel sheet to help me with my business
all what i want to do is to count the score of the cars i have sold
Example
Worksheet Jan i have sold 2 clio and 3 golf. first clio i rate it 3 out of 5 and second clio rate it 2 out of 5. first golf 5 out of 5 second golf 3 out of 5 third golf 2 out of 5
Worksheet Feb i have sold 1 clio and 2 golf. first clio i rate it 5 out of 5 and first golf 4 out of 5 second golf 5 out of 5
Worksheet total i have got all makes and models of the cars and front the clio should be 10 and golf will be 19

i want in the last sheet to count the rating score for each model
i havent finish it incase if needed to change it
