How to create a Filtered Drop-Down List

I suspect there is already a question and answer to this issue however...Many Times, you want to use a Drop-Down List Box to provide a Selection List but you don't want to scroll through 8000 Items.
What would be the best method of either Filtering or AutoCompleting the drop-down list based on what is typed in the cell.
I am working in Excel 2003.
I have a single workbook with two Worksheets. Worksheet 1 is labeled "Order Form". Sheet 2 is labeled "Lookup Database".
I currently use a named range (ProductCode) on the "Lookup Database" to provide the Drop-Down population on the "Order Form". I fill-in other cells with a vlookup function based on the selection placed in the Product Code Cell.

I would like to provide screen captures of my setup...but...I just don't know how to do this.
I would like to do this via VBA Code if possible and....I ain't a programmer but know how to perform "very basic" Macro functions.

Not sure if I provided enough information. In addition, if this has been responded to, could you point me to the appropriate posting?
This is my first effort to utilize the absolute brilliance I see on this site.
Thanks,

Hi Peter,

I tried the Example per the Article you provided.
I was unsuccessful, I think, because my list of drop-down information is a named range on a different sheet. Unfortunately, my combo box was "empty". This, of course, is only conjecture on my part because I am not a VBA programmer.
Is there a way I can show you my screen captures of my two "sample" sheets and you suggest some alternative programming?
The insert image Icon above requests a URL: and I don't know if I am suppose to upload to some place and then enter the URL here.

Thanks,
