How to create a range in excel?

Hi guys

Hopefully a simple question:

I have the following data in excel:

1 12
2 15
3 10
4 9
5 16
6 13
7 11
8 8
9 18
10 20

what is the easiest way to create a range so that the data looks like this:

1 12 11-15
2 15 11-15
3 10 6-10
4 9 6-10
5 16 and so on....
6 13
7 11
8 8
9 18
10 20

=((INT(A1/5)*5)+1)&"-"&ROUNDUP(A1/5,0)*5
