How to create a reminder mail

Hi ,

I would like to know how to create a reminder mail sent automatically once the Next Action Due ( Date and Time ) is past in one cell ? it should keep running automatically ,

for example if the next action is 19th August 2011 8:00 PM the mail should be sent 30 minutes before the time .. how do we do that ?
