How to create signature?

I tried in Users Control Panel to find an option to create signature but I could not find it.

I am missing something. Please help.

Glad you found the answer.

We used to allow new members to create signatures, but spammers/advertises would exploit signatures to post their ads. As a result, the administrators decided several months ago to set up a new ranking system for members so that "new members" cannot create signatures.

Thanks. I understand the problems admin guys might be facing due to such posts and OK with it.

I'm bit lazy so I was searching for a shortcut!
