How to disable Max / Min WindowState

We can use Application.WindowState = xlMaximized to make the window maximise. How about disable the max and min command?

I assume you mean the little buttons at the top right of the Excel Window.

Just found this:
ActiveWindow.EnableResize = False

And there are WindowResize events for Application and Window.
