We can use Application.WindowState = xlMaximized to make the window maximise. How about disable the max and min command?

Excel Facts

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
I assume you mean the little buttons at the top right of the Excel Window.

Just found this:
ActiveWindow.EnableResize = False

And there are WindowResize events for Application and Window.
