How to display only certain fields?

Hi to all
hope someone oculd help me with this.
I got a table with customers and a field Customer Company yes/no.
What I like to do is when I select yes so customer is a company I like in the datasheet few of my subform to display the field Company.
When the customer Company is not selected I like to display firstname and lastname of the contact.
Would hope that someone can help me with this please.
