how to extend formula

i am trying to extend my database on a drop down menu. as you can see in the pics. the drop down menu stops at st03-05( example 2) . but the database tab ( example 1) goes past that.

i think this happened because i reuse the spreadsheet every week? clear content and rename for the new week.

Ctrl+S is used for Save. Ctrl+5 is used for Strikethrough. Why Ctrl+5? When you use hashmarks to count |||| is 4, strike through to mean 5.
