Hi Guys,

Im not sure if this can be done but if it can im sure you guys can help :)

My colleagues fill in a daily call log with a list of customers who's policies are due. These customers are called and then the outcomes of the calls recorded on the spreadsheet.

What i am looking to do is to link these to a central spreadsheet that will capture all results, for example:

Person A
A - called no answer
B - called and renewed
C - could not call

Person B
A - called no answer
B - called and renewed
C - could not call

Seperate spreadsheet data imported:

Person A
A - called no answer
B - called and renewed
C - could not call
Person B
A - called no answer
B - called and renewed
C - could not call

all the call logs are contained in one spreadsheet and the seperate results recorded for each person on a tab, i would like to extract all data automatically at the end of the day into a seperate spreadsheet?

any ideas would be helpful

many thanks

John
