How to extract month name for a file number? ML

[ATXMSL]

Our file numbering format schema is FY-sequential #-Month#.

Comprised of 3 distinct components.

Example: 2021-09450-05

1. Indicates fiscal year 2021
2. Middle five digits is the number of files received for the fiscal year
3. File received in the month of May

Seeking formula to populate one column so that the fiscal year is extracted from the file #. (component 1)

Seeking a 2nd column to populate one column so that the month name is extracted from the file # (component 3)
