How to fill a table from another table based on specific criteria.

Im trying to fill a table from another table if a certain value is in a specific column.

Example if the sub category has a value like t-shirt i want to fill a different sheet/table with only the t-shirts.
please let me know how i could do that or if you have any questions!

The advanced filter does this, as well as newer Excel version formula functions (I think).

i did that advance filter and it moved all the data over and didn't filter. Maybe my criteria filter is wrong?
