How to find a formula whicvh contains a cell

Hello
I have a complex spreadsheet which I have been modifying over the past couple of years. I noticed a row which I thought is redundant however there must be another cell with a formula using values in the cells I want to remove as when I deleted the row values in other cells changed.
How do I quickly find which cells have a formula using a particular cell reference. without clicking on every cell in the spreadsheet and reading it's formula.
