how to find the optimum between two data columns

I am having trouble in finding the optimum between to columns of data. i am using a graph and the points do cross over,however I can not find a way to calculate the optimum point.

Not sure if there is a way in Excel (I'm sure someone will prove me wrong).

You may need to resort to good ol' algebra (Y=MX+C)
