How to get initials at top right of cell in shared workbook (in circle)

I know how to get the username
VBA Code: 
    Set objNetwork = CreateObject("Wscript.Network")
    UserName = objNetwork.UserName

How do you get the initials of the user in a cell that shows in the circle top right of a shared workbook?
 

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
