How to insert an calender in a spredsheet

Hi there, I want to insert a life calendar in a spread sheet. Just like in the outlook when you want to set up a meeting, you click on the calendar icon, a life calendar will pop up for me to click a day. How could I setup this function myself? Thanks very much in advance! Jana
