I've been given the task of listing Applicants and Posted Job Titles.
One person can be listed several times for differen job postings.
How can I get excel to a person's name if they show up - lets say 4 times - under different job titles?

Example:

---------------------------------------------------------------
Job A | Job B | Job C | Job D | Job E | Job F |
---------------------------------------------------------------
Jon R | Sue B | BobC | Sue B | Sue B | Tod X |

As you can see "Sue B" appears 3 times. How do I show on another sheet
how many times "Sue B's" name appears?

I hope that made sense.

Thank you in advance for your help.
