How to make a cell change in response to seeing a certain number of words/colors

Hi,

I am trying to make a cell change when certain cells with specific number of a certain word or text or color. For example, if the specific column had all greens I want a certain cell to automatically change to green. Or if there was 6 cells in the column and I wanted the certain cell to change to blue ONLY if there was 2 cells that were green,3 cells that were blue, and 1 cell that were yellow in the column. Please help me

Can you be more specific? Construction of question is very messy.

So for example in column D, I want D1 to change to green automatically when D2,D3, and D4 are green. BUT, if D2 and D3 are green and D4 is red I want D1 to change to blue and etc.
