Hi,

My aim is to have all of my team members putting their output on to one sheet. Which will pull all their performance reports in one place. However, I also need to make it so that they are anonymous in the spreadsheet so that they dont know who is who when they are in the sheet at the same time. Is there a way to either change the colleagues names to a number or make them all anonymous so that they dont know who is entering on the worksheet?

Any assistance would be appreciated.

VLOOKUP to Left?
Use =VLOOKUP(A2,CHOOSE({1,2},$Z$1:$Z$99,$Y$1:$Y$99),2,False) to lookup Y values to left of Z values.
Without knowing how many concurrent users you may have my suggestion may not be viable. What comes to mind is an encryption code that runs when they leave the cell where they just entered their name. It wouldn't be CIA level encryption but probably good enough to deter most users. If you have many concurrent users it may slow things down too much. Here's one page on the subject
