How to make this FALSE blank?

I have this formula:

=IF(AND(C11="C560",K11>0,P11>0),IF(SUM(P11-R11)<=0,"",SUM(P11-R11)))

It keeps giving me "FALSE" if there are no values in any of the cells need for the formula. Is there a way to make the cell "" instead of reading "FALSE"?

Try:

=IF(AND(C11="C560",K11>0,P11>0),IF(SUM(P11-R11)<=0,"",SUM(P11-R11)),"")
