In one of my workbook, all the worksheet window have become 1/4 of the 100% in size and not at all getting bigger in any case. How to make it 100%?

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
U can try this.

Go to VB Editor, or press alt F11 to activate it.
In the Project Explorer, find ThisWorkBook. Double click it and you will see a blank page open up on its right. On top of the page you will see 2 drop down boxes. (General) and (Declarations)
Click on (General) and choose 'WorkBook'. Then on the 2nd drop down box beside 'WorkBook', select 'WindowResize'
Then type the following codes:
Wn.EnableResize = True

Is it possible that another user has opened it and changed the size settings and now that you are in the file; you are unable to amend until they close the file?
