How to match & find duplicate text and a part of text in Excel

I have some beneficiary names in two different tables but the beneficiary names are in the same sheet & in the same column.
beneficiary names in table No.01 is from C2 To C21
And
beneficiary names in table No.02 is from C28 To C47

Now I want to match & find duplicate text of both table either exact match or a common part of text of both tables.
e.g
In table No. 02 ------- C31 JAFAR SAYED

JAFAR AND SAYED
BOTH TEXT MATCHES WITH ----- TABLE NO. 01 ------ C5 jafar
and C8 ------- jafar sayed

Kindly help to find such kind of data
