I'm sure this is really easy, but I'm learning and not having luck in the search option for previous posts. Thanks for your patience in advance.

I want to open a windows explorer window by using a button in Excel.

Any ideas?

Thanks Turbo!

Cool, you are very helpful and I appreciate your fast response.

Is there a way to maximize the window once it opens and then

re-focus on the a1 cell of the original excel workbook?

Excel Facts

Ambidextrous Undo
Undo last command with Ctrl+Z or Alt+Backspace. If you use the Undo icon in the QAT, open the drop-down arrow to undo up to 100 steps.
/n, - Opens a new Explorer window
/e, - Opens expanded folder

Still looking for a way to maximize the window when opening.

Anyone else?

It's not a part of the switch, rather a part of the Shell functionality you supplied
