How to permanent enable the macro of excel

Hi guys,
How to permanent enable the macro in excel. Whenever I enabled the macro in excel and shutdown the pc and turn on later, the macro is disabled. I need to enable it again.

Click on File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations > Add new location ... > and select the folder where your spreadsheet is. You may want to create a special trusted folder first.
