How to populate data from a excel table thru the use of a drop-down menu

Hi all, just trying to populate data from a table based on a drop-down menu, i have include pics of the speadsheet to help better relay what i am trying to achieve. Thanks for the help.

Have you tried to use data validation with a value list that links to the field of the table with the values you want to select from?
