how to post a image of my spreadsheet

can you direct me to a video on how to post a message here showing my spreadsheet? Or at least a easy step by step instructions.

Have a look at the second line of my tag for a HTML download which will allow you to posta sample of your data.
Other options are;
Put borders around your selection and then copy and paste.
If you want to post the entire spreadsheet, you'll have to use a secondary app like mediafire ? and then post the link to the file location.
A lot of posters though will not got to other sites to download or view your sheet.
