Hello:

Is it possible to prevent Excel pivot table from netting values in Sum of Total? I have several negative and positive values that sum up to zero and Excel is displaying a zero value but I want the pivot table to show all values (negative and positive). I checked the value field setting but I can't find a suitable setting. Any suggestions?

Thank you.

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Thanks.

That works but now Excel is listing subtotals outside the pivot table layout. Also the pivot table's grand total is blank.

I simply want the pivot table to show all values (negative and positive values, no netting) but still show subtotals and grand totals.

Is there another way to do this?

Regards,

Sean
