I am using Windows 7 Professional and Microsoft Excel 2010. This is my first post, please bear with me and make suggestions on where I can improve.

In short, I am trying to find the most efficient way to pull an 'Item Description' that is in the first row of invoice details whereby I would like it to follow each line item detail to summarize using a Pivot Table. Format of the data is the first two rows below, followed by an example whereby I would like the 'Item Desc' to follow each 'Ext. P'

Item NumberItem Desc.
Inv #DateCust. IDQUPExt. P

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
