Inside a macro, I arrive at a selected range. In the next step of the macro, I want to change the size of that range to be only those cells in the first column of the range.

What technique would I use to do that??

Thanks!

Remove leading & trailing spaces
Save as CSV to remove all leading and trailing spaces. It is faster than using TRIM().
Hi dwest

Please look into RESIZE property in the VBA help.
The code would be something like this.

Code:
Selection.Resize(1).Select
