Hi all.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-comfficeffice" /><o></o>
I have a form that manages our repair bookings, one of the functions is to rebook the visit. As it stands the user has to manually delete the old one, then the form generates the new calendar entry. This often doesn't happen and two entries appear for the same job. Does anybody know a way to locate the old repair and delete it? It can't be done by the using the slot it was originally put in because it may have been moved. There is a job reference number (eg "J1000") at the start of the entry that could be used to find it?<o></o>
Any help will be gratefully received.<o></o>
Thanks<o></o>
