Hi guys,
I am able to insert and edit the text in the textbox below, however when a specific cell value change I lost what I added there before.

1) Is there any property that allow me to save the text in there before changing the cell value which is F2.
2) If the sheet is open in read mode only can I still be able to edit the textbox

That is the only code that I have behind this textbox

VBA Code:
Growth.TxtBoxNotes.MultiLine = True
Growth.TxtBoxNotes.Value = "Notes" _
& Chr(13) & "" _
& Chr(13) & Sheets("SKU Notes").Range("D1").Value 'Reading the value from this cell and populating the textbox
