Hello excel community !
How do I search for the maximum value within "column A" with formulas giving me either a value (i.e "20") or "#N/A", knowing that I want to keep the NA() results because the file feeds a graph.
Tons of thanks in advance.
Scott

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
You could use an array formula:

=MAX(IF(ISNUMBER(range),range,0))

confirm with control-shift-enter

Note: I don't think you can reference an entire column. You have to reference a specific range (i.e. A1:65535)
