How to send Userform data to range then run macro...

Hello All,

How do you submit the data in the user form to a specific range?

My form has two Text boxes for beginning and end date, when button "OK" is selected I'd like it to enter those dates in Worksheets("Email").Range("R1"), then R2 respectively.
I'd also like it to trigger another macro.

Everywhere I look I see the built in user form being used where the user selects keyboard "Enter" to submit data, but I don't want that. I need to submit to range (the same everytime, so it would write over previous dates), then call another macro without using the keyboard.
