How to separate Text from Numbers in a same column (Excel2010)

Hi everybody

Here is my question. I have got text data as well as numerical data in same column. I want to separate the two type of data in to two columns. How can i do that. Plz also guide me how to put a table or image in the post so that i can elaborate my question more precisely.

How are the text and numbers seperated in the column? Do they have a single space between them? Is this the same format for every column value?

I don't have 2010, but you can probably use text to columns. Its under the data menu in 2003

I want the output to be like
B
22
33

and
C


Few
Most

I hope this will communicate

in B1 put =IF(ISNUMBER(A1),A1,"") and in C1 put =IF(ISNUMBER(B1),"",A1) and copy down to the end of you list

In column B use:

=T(A2) and copy down

In column C use:

=N(A2) and copy down (although this will return zeros for text data that you can remove quickly using autofilter)
