how to sort my data by their symbols if I have different rules

I was wondering if there was a way to sort data by their symbols with the conditional formatting even if they had different rules applied to them

Test for Multiple Conditions in IF?
Use AND(test, test, test, test) or OR(test, test, test, ...) as the logical_test argument of IF.
Symbols used by image fonts like Wingdings? Pretty sure they sort just like regular characters so in that case all you'd have to do is sort on the range.
