How to tell if a menu is present in excel 2007

I am sure the answer to this question is out there, but I just can't word it in a way to find it easily.

In 2003, I had the following block of code

CleanOut = 0
For j = 1 To Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls.Count
If Application.CommandBars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls(j).Caption = "&ScoreCard Creation" Then
CleanOut = 1
Exit For
End If
Next j

to see if a menu existed. If the menu existed, then you were an admin and could have more options then the end users..

Luckily my menus still show up on the ribbon in the developer tab. How can I check it's existance in 2007?
