How to total by date

I have to come up with a total of clients visits for each day about a year of data.
The data looks like this. I only care to tally the actual date. I can remove the noshow=true as this is not a visit. So I want to summarize all the visits on every day that we have. What is best most elegant way here?

You tried a pivot table, you can add by day and filter by noshow
