How to transform cell in row 1 with Power Query

Hi,

I've been tasked with collating a series of forms, all with the same format, that sit in one folder. I would usually use PQ to do this but I've run in to a problem that I don't know how to fix. One piece of data (the person's name) sits in cell B1 on each form and when I use PQ to import this it believes it to be a column name. If it was just one form that wouldn't be a problem - PQ's 'use headers as first row' would fix it. However, I can't do that in this situation because when I combine the data into one table in PQ it only regards the FIRST example of cell B1 as being a column, and then assumes that all the other forms are named the same. In practical terms, if I had Joe Bloggs in the first form's B1, and Jane Doe in the second form's B1, Jane Doe wouldn't show up in PQ at all as it would seem to think that Joe Bloggs is the column name for all the forms.
I'm not alowed to change the forms. How can I resolve this?
Thanks!
