How to unhide cell when hovering over another cell (or command button)

Hello - let me start off by stating that I am VERY new with VBA and my abilities and experience with writing code of any sort is extremely limited. In my worksheet I have text entered into cell E13, which is hidden. I need E13 to unhide when the mouse hovers over cell D11, E11, or F11. I also then need E13 to re-hide when the mouse is no longer hovering over D11, E11, or F11. Is there a code I could use to accomplish this? For full transparency I have a command button which currently sits over D11:F11, so another solution would be to unhide E13 when the mouse is hovering over the command button.

With Excel you cannot just hide a cell.
You can hide a entire row or column but not a single cell
And I know of no code that will be activated just by hovering over a cell.
