how to unlink a pivot and yet preserve the pivot design

I have done copy and paste special value but the design is gone.

i have also tried other method: uncheck save file with data and uncheck drilldown but to avail.

Please advise....thanks

I'm using excel 2007

Links? Where??
If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.
Hi,

Select and copy (Ctrl+C) your PVT

Select a cell to paste it and in the Home tab click on the Clipboard smal arrow (below the format-painter icon).

Pick Paste all
