How to use Cell function with Contents parameter using Cell Address?

Currently, I am using the CELL function to get the contents from the Working tab and cell A1.
Instead, I would like to have it refer to C3 which has the value of "Working!A1".
The benefit of this is if I change the column heading in Working!A1, it will automatically updated here.
The Working tab is shown below.

How about
Excel Formula:
=INDIRECT(C3)
