We can use today() to get today, like 04/01/2011. Now, I only want to use a function to get 2011. And, it will turn 2012 when next year comes.

Can anyone here help me?

Thanks!:)

Excel Facts

Can you AutoAverage in Excel?
There is a drop-down next to the AutoSum symbol. Open the drop-down to choose AVERAGE, COUNT, MAX, or MIN
=year(today()) gives the current year.

Thanks. I actually did both but it showed 7/3/1905. But I just checked the value is equal to 2011 which is what I need.
