How to Use More Than 7 IF Functions?

Does anyone know a easy way to get around the 7 IF Function Limit. All help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks Tommy!! That is exactly what I was looking for!! Will research the VLOOKUP but this is a better solution to my problem. Also thanks to everyone for your help!! Greatly appreciated. MrExcel.com is AWESOME!!! Thanks Again..
