I am working on a project where i need to go to a website and click on the link to download the file into excel.

I want to make something where it can pull the file into an already open workbook and then refresh it daily. I have had some luck using others codes to actually open the site but then i cant figure out how to download the link. (especially because there are so many to choose from)

The website is http://investor.shareholder.com/bhi/rig_counts/rc_index.cfm

and if you scroll down the link is
North America Rotary Rig Counts - see all 13 tabs in spreadsheet. Rigs by oil vs. gas; trajectory; rigs by state, GOM, etc

Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks in advance:)
