How to vlookup data from another workbook?

I have a workbook with data from column A to F, and i have a database workbook with worksheet name A to Z consist of the same column of data, How to extract the data when i type a worksheet name (eg, enter A in cell G1) and will get the recent last 500 rows from Worksheet A and paste to A2:F501
