HtmlMaker.xla activate problems

Hi All,
I wonder if you can spot where I may be going wrong here??
I am using Office 2003 with XP Pro.

I need to post a problem where it is best for me to show just what it is that I wish to do, so I may get help with creating a formula to do it!
Because I cannot download HtmlMaker.xla at my workplace, I did it at home, then I had a problem activating it - despite following the guide attached.

(1) I downloaded HtmlMaker.xla to the desktop where it showed as zip file.
(2) Did a search for:
Docs & Settings\user name\application Data\Microsoft\Addins folder
I dropped the still zipped HtmlMaker folder into this.
(3 I tried to activate the file by navigating thro - Excel, Tools, Addins but I couldn't see any HtmlMaker, so couldn't check tick the box. (Closest was -solver Add-in) which was already there before I started.
(4) I first got error No 91 which I resolved via - (see known issues guide)
I then tried again, without success. I just cannot get the Addins to show the HtmlMaker so I can tick the box and thus produce the extra menu for me.

Have you actually unzipped the file yet? If not, you will need to do this.

I have indeed unzipped the file but I still cannot get any joy.
