What are the pros and cons of using a hyperlink to a picture vs. storing in it as a OLE object?<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Excel Facts

Does the VLOOKUP table have to be sorted?
No! when you are using an exact match, the VLOOKUP table can be in any order. Best-selling items at the top is actually the best.
Hyperlink is the preferred method. Easy to set up, only the hyperlink is stored. Retrieval is
quite reasonable.
Storage and bloat are criticism of OLE.
The unknown is your set up and requirement.
